It makes complete sense.
When you've spent years in this cycle… the idea of doing things differently can feel terrifying.
I know because I lived it too.
I struggled with bingeing, bulimia, over-exercising, and strict clean eating rules. From the outside, I looked "healthy." But internally, food and movement took up so much mental space.
Movement became something I used to control myself instead of connect to myself.
Healing my relationship with food and my body changed everything.
I felt more freedom. More joy. More trust in myself.
The anxiety softened. Life felt lighter.
I had more energy for the people I love, more hope for the future, and more space to simply be.
For the first time in years, I wasn't surviving my life.
I was living it.
Not because I achieved the perfect body.
Because I stopped trying to control it.
And that's what led me to create The Undoing Method — a space that combines:
- lived experience
- eating disorder recovery coaching
- movement and nervous system work
- body-led tools
- and compassionate accountability
So women can stop living in secret struggle… and finally feel safe enough to trust themselves again.
